godthatwasawkward. *he said in one breath as he looked over the menu, useless now since he had just ordered something hot. what, tea? chocolate? coffee? he drank all three so it wouldn’t matter…* t-the way she was looking at me…

“She was completely digging you,” she replied cheekily, using a lame expression to hide the awkward way she sounded. “But if you don’t like her then as long as you just don’t look at her, she might get the hint.”

Though she wondered if in a shy way he was attracted to her. First Roxanne and now the waitress. “I seem to keep wanting to set you up with a girl for some reason. I’m sorry.” And she truly was as she bit her bottom lip.

…s-sorry? d. don’t be sorry… *he smiles weakly* th-that’s very kind of you though… i don’t… know what kind of a boyfriend i’d be, t-to be honest. *he glances around before leaning closer, whispering*

i’m a virgin. and i’ve never kissed a girl. t-the closest i had was what you gave me under the mistletoe. *he leans away, face purple* i’m not… confident or loud or smart or sassy or anything like that… no girl wants a-a guy like me like that. w-which is fine, you know?
