Jack’s Birthday

will-never-be-a-swan:

wrapped-in-shadows:

*and there she goes calling him handsome again. his face turns purple once more but he smiles for her. he can’t help but smile for her, she just… did that to him. his cheeks were beginning to ache*

w-well you never know…

*they arrive back at his apartment and he wipes Roxy’s feet on the door mat since her paws are now thick with snow and dirt, before opening the door for her*

“Thank you,” she told him, walking inside and beginning to take off her coat and jacket, moving her hair out of way. “Oh it feels good to be inside a warm place.” She stretched, looking over and smiling at him. “So where are we watching it?”

Beginning to look around the apartment, she wondered if she should make popcorn or if would be full from the cake. I’d probably burn it anyway. She smiled sheepishly to herself at the thought.

uh well… oh. wait. *he moves over to a table that has a lot of unpainted canvases on it. he begins to shift them as Roxy proceeds to sniff around, to see if anyone stalked in whilst they were out. once he moves the canvases it reveals a simple flat screen television that has a few paint marks on the corners* ah, ah… um. *finding a rag he cleans it*
