we’ll take care of each other. i think… i think that’s a fair thing to do, isn’t it…? being there for one another, when.. when we really need it? both good, and bad times?
“Yes,” she replied, tilting her head slightly. Then it caused her to blush slightly because it just seemed like something a true couple did.
But she still had her doubts, those same doubts that things were moving too fast.
Not wanting to worry him, however, she took his hand gently and leaned up to kiss his cheek. “I still have some Christmas shopping to do though so I need to go…I’ll see you later though?”
*he wasn’t sure why she was blushing. had he said something? he’d said a lot but… he gave her a smile and nodded his head, understanding, before returning the kind gesture by kissing her cheek as well*
