“Well it’s your choice,” Jack said as he laughed, lifting his leg when the puppy almost got her lead tangled with his leg. “She is precious though. We’ll have to introduce her to Roxy pretty early though, just so they get used to each other.”
“I-Isn’t that..?” She began, then stopped herself, blushing and remembering what Jack had told his uncle. “You told your uncle, the way it sounded, I wonder if he thinks we’re living together. And now with saying that about Roxy.”
“…well, if you want her to be socially active, and not bark madly at other dogs and people it would be good for her to meet other dogs.” Jack pointed out gently. “I’m sorry, I don’t. I don’t want to be bossy.”
