He didn’t look mad, more concerned. But Katelynn had a habit of blowing things out of proportion like that. Jack looked up at the woman who smiled at him and he just observed her, before looking back at Katelynn.
“E-either way you did just walk away from me. You didn’t even a-attempt to answer. …are you skipping meals again…?”
She winced slightly, paying for her bowl before walking closer to Jack. “N-Not really skipping..I just..don’t have time to eat sometimes..At the museum I manage to get something and eat with Lucy and Marcus and Bernard..but then when I go to the other two..I get busy..is all..”
