“I’ll go ahead and get the camera,” she responded with a giggle, jogging over to where she had left her articles of clothing to keep it safe. It was very precious to her after all considering who she had received it from. “Would you like to model for me, love?”
Holding the camera up, her lips pulled into a smile as she took the first photo of his mid-section, admiring his physique through the viewfinder. How is someone so sexy with me?
At first, Jack’s instinct was to cower and try to cover himself. He was a grown man, naked except for a pair of bunched-up, paint-stained boxer shorts, being ogled by someone with a camera! But after a moment, he managed to calm himself, reminding himself that this was Katelynn, who he trusted more than anyone. And it was their anniversary.
He ought to put on a good show for her.
Smirking a little, Jack struck what he hoped was a sexy pose. He remembered the day, months ago, when Katelynn had caught him posing in front of the mirror – it had been embarrassing at the time, but now he tried to think of it as inspiration.
Snapping picture after picture in every angle, Katelynn made appreciative noises in her throat at watching her fiancee pose in such a way. She loved Jack for who he was but it was something else to see him being as confident and strong as she believed him to be.
“Love, you look so good…I think you’d make a sexy model for a magazine,” she said honestly, rising from her kneeled position. “If you’d let me I bet I could show them to someone in the business and you’d become a model.”
And it was true considering she worked for Harrison’s photography department part time.
If Jack blushed any harder, he felt he might break something in his face. “Th-that’s very sweet of you, Katelynn. But I don’t think I’m really cut out for that. I’d rather be known for my paintings, not for my looks.”
Thinking about it for a moment, he added, “Maybe we could combine the two? I could pose with some of my works.” Although he didn’t say so, it would be a nice way to get some publicity, and it would be much easier on his life than touring in person.
