Whoa hello, personal bubble well and truly popped right now. Jack’s face turns purple, tinting all the way to his pointed ears as this time he does take an anxious step back, face set in a worried look, especially after she so rudely touched his head like that.
“C-created? No! No, I. I was born. I, I had a mother and father j… just like everyone else, at least everyone else born normally…” he knew of clones, and robots, so… “T-there’s a few of us, going around actually … y-you must be new in town if you’ve n-never seen one of us before…”
[Finally recalling some propriety, Rim stepped back, giving Jack his space again.]
“There’s more? So is there a race of you, dwelling in this city? I’ve never seen another blue person in any city I’ve lived in— and I’ve lived in many, I can assure you.” [Though she had given his personal space back to him, she still stared rather uncouthly at Jack. She knew at once that she would enjoy living in Metro City, if it offered such strange specimens as this man.]
“I guess y-you could call us a race…” Jack said with an awkward shrug. Most of the blue people were different, alternate, versions of the original. That being Megamind. But sometimes it was just hard to tell. Some assumed he to be an alternate Megamind but he had been raised outside of town his entire life, and he’d never gone through no portal to get here.
It was confusing since despite his large brain, he wasn’t a scientifically minded man.
“As f-far as I know there’s… several of us, at least. Including a clone, too… t-the main one though is Megamind, he’s. He’s the villain of the city, y-you know. Caught in never-ending st-struggle to take over against Metro Man, wh-who’s the hero of the city…”
